The 2023 Formula One grid is already taking shape. Following Sergio Perez’s contract extension, there are now twelve drivers confirmed for the upcoming season. The remaining seven spots will be contested, and even drivers with contracts are not always certain of their position.
Red Bull Racing announced on Tuesday that Sergio Perez’s contract has been extended through 2024. The Mexican has already made an impression in his first year at Red Bull, but the leap he has made in 2022 is impressive. Following his victory in Monaco, he is now vying for the world title.
