Eating and Training Like Cristiano Ronaldo For a Day | Weird Food Combos + High Protein Diet

In today’s video, I am eating and training like Cristiano Ronaldo for a day! I lived like one of the world’s greatest soccer players; eating and training like Cristiano Ronaldo for 24 hours. This day was full of fish, protein, and the odd carb here and there which was a bit of a surprise to me. Besides the mishap with meal number 4, this nutrition program was solid utilizing 6 smaller meals in a day rather than larger feedings as well as having a focus on mostly whole foods. The Real Madrid star has a very high protein diet with some weird food combinations, but if it gets me as ripped and skilled as him, I am all in! This is what I eat in a day of Cristiano Ronaldo and my full day of eating like the Real Madrid star. Check out the video in its entirety!
