1995 NBA Draft – Career Total Points in the Regular Season for the Top 10 picks

Hi everyone, welcome to Hoops Data!

If you are like me, and you like to play and watch basketball, you probably also like to follow the stats of your favorite players or teams through the years.

In this video, I did a bar chart race with the top 10 picks of the 1995 draft class, and included pick 15, 18 and 21.

The numbers represent the career total points in the regular season for the following players:

Joe Smith  #1
Antonio McDyess #2
Jerry Stackhouse #3
Rasheed Wallace #4
Kevin Garnett #5
Bryant Reeves #6
Damon Stoudamire #6
Shawn Respert #7
Ed O’Bannon #8
Kurt Thomas #9
Brent Barry #15
Theo Ratliff #18
Michael Finley #21

Four players from the top 10 became all-star (Antonio McDyess, Jerry Stackhouse, Rasheed Wallace, Kevin Garnett) and the rookie of the year was Damon Stoudamire.

Kevin Garnett was the season MVP in 2003-04, and he is the only one from this draft class in the Hall of Fame.

Which player from the 1995 NBA Draft class was your favorite?

Personally, I was always a big fan of Jerry Stackhouse.

Have a good day!
